A Dutch Baby Pancake is a sweet breakfast dish similar to Yorkshire Pudding. Unlike Yorkshire Pudding it is made with butter rather than beef drippings. It is served with the same toppings found on pancakes although due to the fat content, it is generally not topped with additional butter.
